As the title states, this book is a rather unorthodox look at leaders. Why? Because the focus of this book is not the CEO’s of major corporations, but the ‘quiet leaders’ of the work world. These people may, or may not, be working in management roles within their organizations, but they are ‘leaders’ nonetheless. They work quietly to do what is right for their organization. Through the use of examples of employees, from every level within an organization, responding to actual situations at work, the author shares eight guidelines for leading.
