Faye is a human resources, training and communications professional with over 25 years experience in the corporate environment and as a consultant. She helps organizations to build employee and customer commitment through effective communications, training and development programs, and the implementation of sound human resources and customer satisfaction practices.

As a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), Faye Wales has demonstrated that she is a true professional with a genuine passion for her work and a clear commitment to ethical behaviour. The CHRL designation is the nationally recognized designation awarded to individuals who meet high standards for knowledge, performance and professionalism.

Faye is an accomplished speaker who has presented for various professional associations throughout her consulting career. Topics include workplace diversity, recruiting, the HR function, communication, customer service training, employee performance, compensation, rewards and recognition programs.

Faye is a member in good standing of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).

Faye has an Honours BA in Sociology from McMaster University followed by a post-graduate Certificate in Personnel Management from Sheridan College. She is also certified in Accelerated Learning training methods.

As part of her ‘reinvention’ plans, Faye has recently moved to British Columbia and is enjoying travelling within, and learning all about, her new province of residence, while still providing human resources services to her Ontario clients.
